It's a wonderful place for Goan deserts. We pre ordered a lunch which was sparse. The prawn curry had 2 pieces of prawn! It was a long drive to Mudhain from North Goa. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

I don't often use the term 'hidden gem', but the Goan Kitchen really is one. Down a side street in Margao, they serve a selection of traditional and modern Goan snacks and desserts, and a daily changing fixed plate menu (which I recommend), all home-made. The vibe is properly Goan, including decor and Konkani music. And Edwin was a most attentive server! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
