Ordered fish and chips.Waited for more than 30 mins when the order came it had hair in it. On reporting they took the plate inside saying they will make a fresh one we did not want it .They were ok with us leaving like that. No feeling of customer service, just there to charge hefty money. Food: 1 Service: 1

Visited The Glass Box recently for my birthday. The ambience was pleasant but fairly ordinary. Nice enough, but nothing particularly striking or artistic that makes it memorable. Given the name, I expected a bit more character. Since it was winter, the lack of any indoor heating made the experience slightly uncomfortable. Sitting indoors yet feeling cold took away from what should have been a relaxed meal. The staff was responsive and alert, which is appreciated. However, they were standing very close to the table and constantly watching the diners, which felt intrusive. A little breathing space and privacy while eating would go a long way. Also, multiple waiters repeatedly asking “Is the taste good?” became excessive. Feedback is important, but too much of it starts to feel disruptive. We ordered bhuna mutton with lachha paratha, and to be fair, the food tasted very good. No complaints there. However, considering the overall ambience, seating, and experience, the pricing felt on the higher side. Overall, good food and attentive service, but the comfort, privacy, and value-for-money aspect could definitely be improved. Would consider returning if these things are addressed.
