I visited this restaurant on 13th May 2023, and my experience was somewhat mixed. The restaurant is located at a very convenient and easily accessible spot, which initially gives a good impression. The ambience of the place is quite nice — well-decorated and comfortable for dining with family or friends. However, once the service began, the experience started to feel less satisfactory. Even though there were many staff members available, the coordination among the team was not good. The service felt unorganized and slow, as if there was a lack of communication between the waiters and the kitchen staff. For a restaurant with such a nice setup, I expected much better service quality and management. Coming to the food, the prices were quite high compared to the quality served. For example, they charged ₹360 for a single Paneer Tikka Masala and ₹25 for one roti, which I found to be excessive. Unfortunately, the taste and overall quality of the food did not justify these high prices. The paneer dish lacked the richness and flavor you would expect at that price point. Overall, while the restaurant scores well for its ambience and location, the food quality and service need significant improvement to match the rates they charge.
