I recently stayed here, and while the room was decent, the overall experience was utterly disappointing. The food service was extremely delayed—it took over an hour for the food to arrive, which is unacceptable. And the food quality was equally disappointing. The dishes lacked freshness, flavor, and proper presentation. Some items were served cold, and others stale. The service staff was unprofessional and lacked basic manners when dealing with guests. Despite the high charges, the invoice provided was incomplete, showing only the total amount without breaking down the cost of each dish. This lack of transparency was frustrating. The most upsetting part of the experience was the way we were treated simply because we arrived on a bike. The staff’s behavior was disrespectful, almost as if they were deliberately trying to insult us. Such discriminatory treatment is entirely uncalled for and left a very bad impressions. Service: 1
