Very bad experience here. I expected a lot more from such a big brand. The food was not up to the mark, i had cake here which was very hard. The price was also outrageous. They also did not give water and did not have tissues when we went there. Would not recommend going here trusting the name of the brand.

The place tries to bear the fame it already has earned. Bit costly and at the same time, no place to sit. And the place is congested as well.
The ambience is good and they do a fine job in preparing party cakes. That way it's upto the mark.

It is extremely sad to note that a brand like The French Loaf is going down in terms of its quality. I bought three pastries from this venue on Thursday- Red Forest, Wow Pastry and Pineapple pastry. For an amount of Rs226/- overall, the least I could expect was fresh pastries. It is simply disappointing because the pastry had no freshness to it at all. At 3pm on the afternoon, you expect the bakery to have at least some other products. While the bakery was half empty, the products too didn't show anything great. The taste has been a big letdown. I expected French Loaf to have a certain standard.
