The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. Here you will pay moderate prices. As a groom my experience at The Fort Ramgarh was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and unexpectedly distressing — all the more shocking because we had guests staying for a wedding. I am host of the event, I trust ramgarhfort blindly before my marriage, I choose this property from overseas as I am australian resident, without seen this property I booked it. Even though nearly the entire amount had already been paid (over ₹17 lakhs) and only ₹2.6 lakhs were pending, the hotel staff switched off the lights and began harassing us while our guests were still on the property. Instead of handling the matter politely, the staff behaved in an aggressive and intimidating manner, surrounding my family and escalating the situation unnecessarily. Their attitude was arrogant, rude, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. The manager Yashpal ji in particular — the one with the French beard — was extremely disrespectful. He kept raising his voice despite the fact that we were trying to resolve the matter calmly. The message they conveyed was shocking: “Pay the full amount in advance, or we will shut off the lights.” Such behaviour is unacceptable from any hotel, especially during a wedding event. Only after we immediately cleared the remaining amount did they switch the lights back on and resume the arrangements. Treating guests — especially women — in such an intimidating manner is disgraceful. Even before the ceremony could begin, the entire experience became stressful, disrespectful, and filled with unnecessary conflict. The food is worst, while at the breakfast time, their was no cups for tea or coffee, pranthas was uncooked, gulab jamun was burned, lack of wait staff. The property may be beautiful, but the staff clearly lacks hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism. I would strongly advise against booking The Fort Ramgarh for weddings or large events. Their behaviour is unacceptable and completely opposite of what a hospitality business should represent.

The stay at fort ramgarh was superb. It was our second time stay we loved this location. Staff is very polite and helpful. In future we will definitely explore this property again. We love to stay here.
