The quality of the goods must be good. You can see from the remaining reviews itself. But the customer care and service side is terrible. Arrogant behaviour from, almost all. Well, they must have a loyal customer base I guess, cos after buying goods worth around 800 rs, and travelling by Bike, I was not given a carry bag, where as a guy who bought stuff for 300 who came and went by auto was given one without even asking. This is where most of our traditional business people fail, i guess... once they get established, they forget that it's the customers that helped them to reach that point. I know the plastic bag regulations that corporation has implimented and I don't mind paying for a bag, but the way they put it through was like "venel vaangittu podey"...
