My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were neat and clean, service was awesome, food was good. Location of the hotel is bit on outside and it's inconvenient to reach and come back from the hotel frequently. Staff made all efforts to make my stay a pleasant one. The TVs should be changed to Smart ones atleast now. Service: 5

Worst Experience Ever – Poor Security and Management!!! We had an extremely disappointing experience at The Forest Hill Hotel Haridwar during our stay on 31st December and 1st January. Our money was stolen while we were having breakfast on their premises. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel authorities, but they failed to take any appropriate action. Despite our request, they refused to show us the CCTV footage, and no action has been taken to resolve the issue. They even promised to provide an update, but we have not received any response from them to date. The lack of security and poor management made our stay a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice, as the safety and accountability here are highly questionable. We are extremely disappointed and hope that the hotel takes necessary steps to improve its security and customer service in the future. Service: 1

The Hotel was great, Good service & clean, The House keeping staff were efficient and considerate. Rooms now are better then any Five star hotel and Staff was very good at all levels, The food was great too. I loved the atmosphere for my stay with them. Thanks for the hospitality. Service: 5
