Dear Zomato Team,I recently placed an order for Tawa Fish Fry from the foodies bay through your platform, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the dish I received.It was quite evident that the fish was not fresh and had been taken directly from the fridge and fried without any proper preparation. The taste and texture were completely off, making the dish nearly inedible. This is unacceptable, especially when one expects a freshly prepared meal when ordering from a reputed platform like Zomato.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action. A refund or compensation for this unsatisfactory experience would be appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
