Well, the time was 10 around the night and we were desperately searching for a restaurant for dinner and found the food factory on the way to Guruvayur. The place was quite busy and was over crowded however, we have managed to find one place for the group of 5. Service was quite nice. The order was taken in an instant even though the restaurant was over crowded. And the food was served even faster and was hot and freshly made along with the juices. We have ordered porottas, chicken 65, beef curry, chicken coconut curry, chicken curry and chicken Al Faham. The food was delicious and everyone liked it. Overall, the food factory delivered a decent experience. The negative aspects I think, the restaurant was too noisy and some table adjustments was inappropriate. In addition to that the toilets were neat and was well maintained which is not normal in the restaurants in Kerala. We ordered paneer butter masala, and they served reheated one. It had a different (bad) taste. When we complained, they took back it immediately without any arguments or apologized, and they served another curry for free. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We visited The Thrissur food factory for lunch while traveling. The place looked good from outside and had good reviews in Google. The food was okay, but the real issue was the spotting of baby cockroach in egg biriyani. Upon notifying the waiter he promptly removed the item and provided the food of our choice. The egg biriyani wasn't billed. Still we felt the food was overpriced and the maintenance was not good. There shouldn't be any cockroach in the kitchen of such a well rated and pricey restaurant.
