I am a regular customer at kalyani nagar branch and very happy with the service there but unfortunately with baner branch the experience is entirely opposite. we ordered a glass of alcohol along with other items .the glass that the alcohol was served was stinking. on bringing the same to the staffs notice the manager walked up to us and said us we don't know how alcohol smells and that he will neither cancel not change the order.on top of this, he said if we feel he spoke impolitely to us it's our prob not his.. and we were asked to pay the entire bill amount even when we did not eat anything and cancelled the order before it was served to us

Meagre portions! Trying cost saving tactics even before they are established!The kalyani nagar one is much better! The problem is with all new branches - the authenticity is not there!
