I am writing this as a long-time loyal customer who has frequently visited and recommended your restaurant at Adani Shoppers Plaza for your biryani and other items. However, after my lunch experience today, I am deeply disappointed and concerned. The state of the restaurant was unacceptable. Specifically:. Cleanliness: The dining area was visibly dirty, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. Kitchen Conditions: The state of the kitchen was pathetic and did not appear to meet basic food safety or Food Hygiene Principles. As a regular patron, it is disheartening to see such a decline in standards. Unless immediate and visible improvements are made to your Hygiene Practices, I will no longer be able to visit or recommend your establishment.
