Great place, serves great Mexican food. Its a must visit food joint in Vadodara where your taste buds gets to experience a variety of unique flavours. I recently visited The Flavours Lab, which serves Mexican food, and had a mixed experience. I ordered nachos with cheese, a falafel burrito bowl, iced tea, and churros with ice cream. The burrito bowl was tasty and packed with flavor, and the churros with ice cream were a perfect dessert, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The iced tea was refreshing too. However, the nachos were a bit of a letdown — they were dry and lacked the flavor I expected. On the other hand, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. I’d give the food 3 stars out of 5 since most of the dishes were great, but the nachos could use some improvement. For the service, I’d rate it 4 stars, as their customer service was fantastic and added to the experience.
