We have consistently upheld these values, and such claims are entirely inconsistent with our operations and reputation. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clearly state that our café does not support, endorse, or promote any political party or political ideology. We are purely a food and beverage establishment, and our business has no political association whatsoever. The claim that our staff “openly stated” that the purpose of the café is to promote a specific political party is factually incorrect. If such a conversation did take place, we kindly request you to provide the exact date, time, and identity of the individual who allegedly made this statement, so that we may verify the matter internally and take appropriate action, if required. Music played at our café is intended solely for customer entertainment and is not meant to convey or promote any political message. We respect and welcome customers from all backgrounds, beliefs, and viewpoints. Furthermore, we have thoroughly verified this matter with our IT team, and it has been confirmed that no such songs were played or recorded in our YouTube play history during the period in question. There is no technical or factual evidence to support the allegation made. In view of the above, it is evident that this is a false and baseless accusation. As there has been no wrongdoing on our part, we do not find it necessary to address or engage with this matter further at an operational level. Accordingly, we are treating this as a case of false accusation and are proceeding with the matter through legal channels, as advised by our legal counsel.
