The recipe for success of The Fish Thali is its good fried prawns and nicely cooked fried seafood. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Nice service is something visitors like here. Based on the reviewers' opinions, prices are reasonable.

After our moms, the next best cook is always our Aaji (grandmother). We’ve found a restaurant that brings Aaji’s homemade flavors right to your table. Located in a charming bungalow in Baner, fully converted into a cozy restaurant, The Fish Thali is a must-visit. We were warmly welcomed with kokum sarbat and served the Special Fish Thali, which included:- Sukat- Prawns pickle (loncha)- Solkadi- Surmai fish curry- Prawns sautalella (prawns sauté)- Surmai fish fry- Prawns fish curry- Rice bhakri (incredibly soft)- Chapati- Plain rice- Prawns khichadi- PapadThe prawns khichadi is an absolute must-try, and the prawns sautalella kept me sautalofied! The food and ambiance are truly great, making it a fantastic place to visit. They also have an outlet on FC Road.Note: The prices are a bit high, but they are worth it for the taste, especially for die-hard fish lovers. Other must-try items include the Rawas Biriyani, stuffed bombil fry, and prawns fry.
