Exquisite taste of food spoiled and overshadowed by horrible delay in service and not well mannered servers. We ordered 2 Pomfret thalis and it took them more than 1 hour to get. Not sure where was the time utilised. Also customers should be updated about the delay. Here we are calling the person every 15 minutes to follow up. That is the worst feeling. Sol kadhi was not available so the server assumed that he can replace it by something else in the thaali and not tell us. Not sure why people do not understand this. I want to request the hardworking owners behind the setup that your food is tasty..your very own Mother's recipe is amazing....but you need to improve the overall management here to avoid loss of customer repetition. Hi Amit , Please accept my sincerest apologies for the experience you had at our place . We do not pre cook anything and everything is made as per order, hence it takes around 15 mins for the food to get to your table . We have a good system in place which rarely fails, but Sunday was an exception ( we goofed up) . Please allow us one more chance , and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed Please call me on 9823222324 before coming. Thank you .
