So insensitive of you guys. The food came so late and on top of that no chutney and onions. Didn't enjoy the cold stone food!
Management, buckle up and work on your restaurant.
The mutton seekh was smelly and naan was like a rubber. disappointed!!
I contacted the restaurant, they said that we dont have a delivery boy so we cant deliver it now.
I said i want refund for my order, they replied that since you paid online, we cant refund the amount to you.
Restaurant manager was very rude and refused to provide any service for this issue and also didnt accept their fault. Hence i thought they deserve a review for this on Zomato.
Haven't seen such a pathetic service from any other restaurant in Saket.
They don't care if your food has gotten cold or complete items have been delivered or not. All they care for is the money they are getting from their poor service.
