There is no one to cater the customers or clean the plates. Service was not good Pathetic service again repeated. Never to be visited again. Even the manager has nothing to do with. They just say sorry. I am wondering is Fern really 4 star ???? Also after my past review and reply from fern nothing has changed. I made a mistake visiting here again thinking that a 4 star hotel would have taken the reviews seriously. Never ever to be visited again Service: 1
