The food was good but the service is very slow, and there is barely anyone available to attend the customers even when the restaurant is empty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

We recently went for our anniversary celebration but were disappointed with the service and response of the staff . The service was slow and indifferent. The staff was busy amongst themselves or were lost. After multiple times of calling out , the staff came to take our order but they forgot to inform the kitchen staff. After that the captain wasn’t even apologetic that they forgot to get our order . We had our dinner and left as the ambience was unwelcoming.the staff really needs retraining . The food was delicious and that was the only saving grace . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My husband and I enjoyed lunch and coffee in the Deckers restaurant. Before I placed the order the waiter gave some yummy papad and green chutney. I ordered fried noodles and requested to add more vegetables and less oil and no dairy products. My order was made according to my request. Later I ordered coffee and there is no any plant based milk for lactose intolerance. So, I had americano coffee with cookies. All menu is pure vegetarian. I'm happy with lunch but it's always the best to have a variety of plant based milk options (even if charged extra). Vegetarian options: Pure vegetarian restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Per my request food was customized (no dairy, less spicy, less oil). Parking: Free parking in the territory of the hotel. Kid-friendliness: In the Fern hotel there are enough activities to keep kids busy and happy. Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is a wheelchair accessible and wheelchair accessible bathroom available too.
