Lovely ambience and set up under a thatched roof. Biggest drawback was having to trek all the way to the counter to place an order. Since the floor is very uneven, this is quite a challenge for senior citiens. We actually decided against placing orders for a couple of things, at the thought of having to go all the way to the counter. Our orders. Ema Datshi - very nice - cheesy and spicy in the right balance. Mashed potatoes with pork sausages - sausages very dry and not juicy at all. Pork vindaloo - too vinegary, overpowered the flavour of the pork. Aloo paratha - thouroughly enjoyed by the table. Cottage pie - lovely beef mince to mashed potato - a true winner. Konkan thali - a real disappointment to my Bombayite soul. FIKA - an amazing dessert that balanced cake and coffee. Christmas cake crumble - am not even sure why this was listed as a dessert - dry cake crumbs with a dollop of creme fraiche and orange peel. Drinks were all good. Service was not preemptive at all. Had to repeatedly ask for serving spoons and other cutlery. The shop was really nice. The ambiance at The Farm Restaurant is absolutely splendid, with a serene and inviting atmosphere that makes for a great dining experience. However, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. I ordered the Farm Walk Salad, Banchan Chicken, Kimchi Fried Rice, and Chicken. While the presentation was nice, the flavors didn’t quite appeal to my personal taste. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but it didn’t have the “wow” factor I was hoping for. Overall, a lovely place to visit for the atmosphere, but the food didn’t leave a lasting impression on me. I was seated outside, and unfortunately, the ordering process was quite inconvenient. If we wanted to order anything more, we had to leave our table and walk to the reception to place the order. After finishing our meal, we had planned to order a cheesecake to end on a sweet note, but we decided to skip it due to the hassle. Total bill came to be 2k ( for two person) Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
