How would you rate your experience? (Ticked the most negative face) What did we do well? Nothing, absolutely nothing, we have been loyal customer since inception. We have seen how the restaurant had grown. Although we are happy to see the growth, we are dissatisfied with the growth in prices! Is there anything we can improve? There's no ROI for us as customers. Make our money worth it. Don't overprice for decent meals. We the people of Tarnaka, have always supported and taken pride in this restaurant. But right now it feels like the restaurant has failed us. You have expanded right here in Tarnaka. But increasing prices for no reason is hilarious. No upgrade in experience. It ain't helping in increasing your brand value either. You have scrapped loyalty point programme too. I suggest you conduct a detailed relevant market research particular to the area.
