ordered biryani, It's worst. Will never ever order again.

They first take order if we only order one item(biryani) they ask us to order starters, so the food will arrive soon. After saying no to starters they say it will take 20-30 mins time, we said ok and sat, after sometime the lady comes after 20 mins and says to order starters again, we said no to starters then she informs biryani takes 20 mins more to arrive, then finally other women comes after 10 mins and says there is no biryani and we cannot serve the food it atleast takes 1 and half hour but served both starters and biryani after 5-10 mins to the opposite table who came after us. They only want people who orders more items very pathetic customer service and the worst people and management. I want to get their higher officials details to escalate the same.
