Absolutely pathetic place 1. No basic service 2. Bar is not stocked - B &W 3. Food order got wrong twice 4. The DJ was probably from a local band, playing 90s bollywood remixes Cocktails were half decent. Cancelled the food order. After requesting bill for the cocktails, they added SC 10%. AVOID.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a rather disappointing experience at Kairos Bar & Kitchen, and unfortunately, I didn’t even get the chance to try the food or drinks because of the service. When we arrived, the place was completely empty—we were the only ones there. We initially requested to sit outside, and the staff agreed. However, a little while later, they suddenly changed their stance and told us it wasn’t allowed. That inconsistency itself was frustrating, but what made it worse was the lack of clear communication. We also asked a few simple questions about their smoking policy, and instead of a straightforward answer, the staff member gave us three completely different responses within a short span of time. It was confusing and unprofessional, leaving us unsure about what the actual policy was. I want to be clear—I’m not complaining about the food, drinks, or ambiance because I didn’t even get a chance to experience them. The service, however, was disappointing enough that we had to politely walk out. In a city with so many amazing places to dine and unwind, service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, Kairos fell short in that regard. From there, I headed to Café Koi & Co, and the difference was like night and day. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
