I visited this café a few days ago with my partner. We chose to sit in their special lounge-style seating area located at the top, which initially seemed like a cozy and relaxing spot. Upon sitting, the waitress informed us that there was a minimum order requirement of ₹700 for that area. Since we were just two people, we politely requested if it could be lowered to ₹500, and she agreed after a short discussion. However, about 15–20 minutes after we had placed our order and started eating, the same waitress returned and asked us to vacate the space, saying that another group wanted to sit there. She implied that unless we were going to order more, we should move downstairs. This sudden change of attitude felt extremely disappointing. It was clear they prioritized another potential order over the comfort and experience of existing customers. We felt rushed, unvalued, and quite let down by how transactional the service turned out to be. A café should not treat its customers like this, especially after agreeing to terms and having them settle in. This kind of behavior leaves a bad impression, and unfortunately, it overshadowed the rest of our visit. P.S. The cafe name was "The Existential Cafe" Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Sorry to hear this. But probably you are talking about a different cafe. Our outlet is closed since a few months ago.
