While the excellent food makes this establishment highly recommendable on taste alone, the very poor standard of service and operational efficiency, particularly the unacceptable speed of the kitchen, completely detracts from the experience. We sincerely hope management addresses the issues with kitchen coordination, staff training, and general process organization. Improving the timeliness and efficiency across all operations would elevate this from a disappointing visit to a perfect dining experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
