If you don't care about your reputation, go ahead with this one! I traveled from Canada to have my wedding at this place, BIG MISTAKE. The event coordinator (Ashish Ji) is a very disrespectful person. We finalized everything in December, and our wedding was in February 2025. From the time we did our initial payment, Ashish ji stopped responding; we called multiple times, including the hotel manager, and everyone refused to give us a straight answer. We are supposed to reach the property by 1st feb, rooms were not booked, there was no decoration, and the hotel staff had no idea about the event. Last day (on the day of my vidai), Ashish ji barged into rooms, took out the keys, and started abusing my bhabhi and her kids. PS: People at the reception are very rude. Service: 1

My experience at The Emerald Hotel & Siya Milan banquets was far from satisfactory. The room service was substandard, and despite making multiple requests, the room cleanliness remained neglected. The staff's lack of responsiveness added to the frustration. Moreover, the absence of any provision for car services meant that I had to walk nearly 2 km to the main road to find transportation. These collective issues significantly diminished the overall quality of my stay. It's my hope that the hotel takes these concerns seriously and implements corrective measures to enhance the experience for future guests. Service: 1
