Misleading customers by listing the restaurant on Swiggy and Zomato with discounts and refusing to accept bills paid via the same platforms. Upon speaking to the manager he refused to listen, asked me to pay the bill and move on. He even pinned the mistake on me for not having read the piece of paper pasted on the doors of the restaurant notifying about the same.
