I recently visited Hocco Eatery with mu Son and was very disappointed. I purchased 2 Ice creams, but the staff refused to let me sit inside in the AC. Despite being an elderly woman, they insisted I sit outside in the heat on a plastic chair. This is unacceptable, especially in such humid weather. Such behavior is highly disappointing and does not reflect good customer service. I will suggest everyone not to visit this Hocco branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in
