Good for official discussions with clients (as client will not be interested in the food and focus on the discussion). Only one soup (veg), 2 starters (1 veg and 1 nonveg) very few choice of main course and very thin choice of dessert. The main course and dessert quality is good. The starters and soup are not good (either too spicy or salty). The ambience is very good. The parking is less (dont worry it will be free mostly). Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Eatery in Four points is a not a restaurant for Group Dinners. It just has a small Kitchen and Buffet prepared primarily for the guests who stay in the Hotel. Considering the Sheraton Brand I opted for a family dinner 1. They had only 2 staff members who took orders and out of which only one was active. After looking at the size of our team he had no clue where to start, where to end and how to take orders 2. Time: It took more than 45 mins for the first Soup order to get delivered and around 50 mins to one hour for the starters to arrive. They have a small Kitchen and cannot serve for 4 members or more very quickly 3. The Non Vegetarian food was not up to the mark and considering the time taken the food was not even hot. Biryani was below Par and so was Tandoori Chicken 4. Air conditioning was pathetic and I had to ask the people out there twice to increase the Ambient temperature so that we could breathe Overall a worst experience for us and embarrassment for me as the host as I had organized the party. Horrible experience in The Eatery, Four Points by Sheraton Chennai. They don't have a basic courtesy to refill the water and the staff's are not trained about hospitality. Ordered the food and waited for more than 1.5 hours. Everyone got disappointed and not interested to have food at the end. They are spoiling the brand name. Even Road side shops will provide a good hospitality than The Eatery, Four Points by Sheraton Chennai.
