This outlet has been repeatedly not accepting any RUPAY payments. And today it was ONLY CASH OR CASH UPI as the person in the counter DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A CREDIT CARD !!! Such a blatant lie and ridiculous behaviour, why keep such staffs !

Based on our recent visit to this outlet, we had a bitter experience related to the loyalty program. BR normally sends the offers only through text, and it is clearly mentioned in the bill that the phone number will be used for this matter. The staff who was present during our visit kept on insisting that a voucher will be required. Voucher is a different thing. He was not ready to confirm the matter with his owner or his superior to do what's right, but instead he asked for a coupon. In general, any customer can avail themselves of discounts in two formats. Every 31st day of the month, a 31% discount will be offered, and through a loyalty program, it will be clearly mentioned which item will be offered for free. We assume he thought us to be stupid or we don't have relevant knowledge. And ice cream was deeply frozen it didn't taste great.
