Unfortunately our experience here was not great. We got late entering the cafe as no proper car parking space available. On entering the elevator area was smelling Not sure from were but was a foul smell. Seeing the insta reels and advertisements seem a bit miss leading as the dome was not clean . Had asked the staff if rain will impact us during booking for which I was told it will not but the dome was filled with water and balloons on this. Seats were not clean as expected. Dome had all sticker marks from baloons stuck earlier. Table was not clean and dusty and floral artifical flowers too. Fan plugs were damaged which posed a potential risk considering it was raining Service was slow. Only good which I can say is staff was courteous and helpful with photos/ Videos. We had to leave within 45 minutes of our booking as it was bit suffocating as the dome had to be kept closed due to the rain. The Dome team need to review this as for the amount charged it's not at all upto the mark. Cleanliness is a must which has to be reviewed. Food is great, but there is different menu than what they posted. Limited options. Taking very long time to bring food. We have to remind them again even when there are no customers. Required lot of patience. But coming to taste , its good to try. Must try items- jalapeno balls, pepper mushroom fry, brunt garlic fried rice, Veg hakka noodles. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
