Stay in the hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are good with all amenities. Good room service.Staff is very cooperative. Breakfast as per your needs and good quality. Whenever I visit Hazaribagh, always stay in this hotel and will continue. Value for money Service: 5

Hotel infrastructure is good but needs few repairs. The Washbasin tap(Room no.-109) was loose and needed to be tightened. Its outlet pipe was slow in removal of waste water causing clogging. The towel provided was not up to the mark. Other than these, it was neat and clean. Extra bed provided was good. The food was also good in taste. The swimming pool was good for children but not for the likes of adults. A welcome kit was also provided containing a few items like chips, kurkure, milkshake, cake, small kitkat chocolate, etc.Overall, it was a nice experience. Service: 3
