Tried this resort and it's really good for booking your weddings and events as they've good space and exterior. The view of the mountains is a bit far but it's fine. The service is good and food is fine too. They've rooms with a mountain view and big garden area with terrace. The resort's outer architect gives a palace vibe with beautiful jharokha balconies! It's a nice place to visit. Service: 5

I stayed at this hotel with my family on 4th of this month and I must say it was a disappointing experience that marred our vacation. Upon arrival, we found that the hotel lacked several basic facilities that are typically expected in even a mid-range establishment. This hotel wrongly claims on agoda app that it is run by Amod Hospitality as the near by Alwarbagh resort which is actually run by them. I got fooled by the claim on the Agoda app as I thought that this would have somewhat similar amenities like the Alwarbagh Resort as if it is run by the same group, it would match the same levels of facilities. The amenities advertised were either non-existent or poorly maintained. There was no pool as displayed on the agoda website and the promised breakfast options were minimal and unappetizing. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were not particularly helpful when we raised our concerns. While we hoped for a pleasant getaway, this experience left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It’s unfortunate that our family vacation was negatively impacted by the hotel’s lack of attention to detail and guest comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a reliable and enjoyable stay. There are certainly better options available that provide the quality and service one expects when traveling with family. I hope this feedback helps future guests make an informed choice. Service: 1
