I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, and they seriously need to improve. The dining hall has only two ACs, but with an iron roof, it feels like a furnace. The ACs barely work, and the fan near us wasn’t functioning, leaving us sweating throughout our meal. Despite there being fewer than 20 customers, our food took 45 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable. The quality and quantity of the food were also disappointing—Paneer Tikka Masala felt like a basic onion-tomato gravy with just a few pieces of paneer, and the Kolhapuri Veg was so excessively spicy that no one in my family could eat it, leaving us with a burning sensation after just a few bites. To make things worse, the water bottle they provided wasn’t even cold. For such poor service, bad food, and an uncomfortable dining environment, the prices were unjustifiably high.
