We went there for dinner with friends. I’ve visited this place several times before, but I’ve noticed that the service quality has been going down day by day. It seems like the staff only provide good service if you give them a generous tip — I hope you understand what I mean. On that particular day, a Bengali girl was serving us. She seemed nervous, and the service was quite poor. There was even an error in my bill. I strongly suggest that you assign more experienced staff to handle guests, especially during busy hours. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The Deck is absolutely one of the best restaurants and bar in Siliguri. I m impressed by the hospitality and customer care. Especially Roshan Gurung is the man who is humble and down to earth. I wish him good luck. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
