Visited this hotel to place a takeaway (parcel) order and had a very poor experience. The staff member at the counter was rude and dismissive — instead of helping, he just pointed at the menu and said “it’s there, take it,” with no basic courtesy or service. What made it worse was the clear favoritism. While I was still waiting, another customer came for a parcel order and was immediately asked to sit inside and was personally attended by the same staff member who ignored me. This kind of selective and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality business. Customers deserve to be treated fairly and professionally. Very disappointing experience. "The Curry Spoon, Hosabettu, Suratkal, is a gem! Their Chinese, Indian, and Tandoori dishes are exceptional. Personal favorites include Prawns Ghee Roast. Mixed fried rice and Chicken Uruwal.
