Rotten paneer in paneer patties not even sure if its even paneer. Don't visit this outlet. The guy at the counter was being very smart by handing over expired stuff. Food: 1

Cake was good but disappointed by lack of timely coordination & professionalism. It was agreed that cake would be collected from Malviya Nagar branch but at the end moment when I called, I was informed by Mr Roshan that either I would have to collect it from C-Scheme branch or I would have to make the full payment before the cake could be delivered by cab (even though I had paid half of the price in advance). This lack of professionalism would deter me from buying a birthday cake from The Crust in future as last minute surprises ruin an event’s plan! I did not face this issue last year when I ordered from CAMIANO bakery , guess I would revert back to them for my future needs. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
