Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I visited this bakery twice, and unfortunately, the same issue happened again the second time. That says everything. The staff has absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. Their tone is rude, dismissive, and arrogant, as if customers are doing them a favor by being there. At one point, it genuinely felt like they thought I was eating for free, which is both insulting and unacceptable. There’s a basic level of respect expected when someone is paying for a product. This place fails at that completely. No warmth, no courtesy, no professionalism, just attitude. If you value your time, money, and self-respect, think twice before visiting.
