I ordered a vada pav from The Crust and the experience was extremely disappointing. The pav was stale, dry, and chewy, while the vada was soggy, cold, and lacked any real flavor. It was clear that the food was not freshly prepared. Even the chutney inside was dry and the overall presentation looked old and unappetizing. The smell of the food was slightly off, making it feel unsafe to eat. Such poor quality shows complete negligence towards customers. Very dissatisfied with the order and would not recommend this place at all. Definitely not worth the money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
