HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Slow Service, Poor Staff Attitude, and Unacceptable Ambience* I recently visited this establishment and was thoroughly disappointed with the service, staff attitude, and overall ambiance. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed arrogant and uninterested in addressing our concerns. When I brought up issues with our order, the staff responded with attitude and dismissiveness. To make matters worse, they served us in paper plates and cups, which was unacceptable given the restaurant's price point. The final straw was when my father, a 65-year-old man, burned his tongue on an extremely hot tea. Instead of apologizing, the staff member shouted at him, saying he should have known better, and it is his problem. The restaurant ambience has gone bad. The place is not at all maintained. The ACs are hardly sufficient to keep the temperature comfortable. Washrooms are not there. The complex washroom where they suggested us to go were extremely horrible. Overall, I was appalled by the staff's behavior and the restaurant's lack of attention to detail. The use of paper plates and cups was also a major turn-off. Unless they revamp their service and staff training, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Rating: 1/5 stars Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
