Absolutely zero mobile connectivity from our ground floor room and equally poor was the hotel wifi connection. The room was definitely pool facing but not pool view since the window panes were tinted and opening them only invited swarm of mosquitoes. Plus, the area beneath the window was littered with cigarette butts,empty gutkha pouches, and empty shampoo sachets . The road to the hotel was closed (hundred metres from the main gate of the hotel)as repairing work was being done, but the hotel authority never bothered to inform us beforehand. As a result, we had to detour a much longer way accompanied by a hotel employee. We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and were very much satisfied with their hospitality and since opted for them for the second time. But now it's a complete no from us. Service: 2

Had a nice experience staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The bed sheet was not very clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the rooms should have handwash provided for better convenience. One major concern was the number of mosquitoes in the rooms, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. The resort should take better measures for mosquito control. Overall, it was a decent stay, but addressing these issues would greatly improve the experience for future guests. Service: 5

Rooms: Small in size but very neat and clean. Location: Perfect location from shopping point of view Service: Best in class, staffs are so disciplined and very helping in nature. Personal experience: We were 5 adults+2 kids and kept on asking multiple things and support on which we never heard No or nah kind of excuse from them right from check in till check out. 5 star for services. Service: 5
