At this place visitors can delve deep into delicious meals, and degust good mango ice cream, chocolate custard and chocolate waffles. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters offer delicious iced coffee, chocolate frappe or moccachino. The high ratings of this confectionary restaurant would be impossible without the attentive staff. Fine service is something clients appreciate here. Pay adequate prices for eating at CREAM & FUDGE. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Very unprofessional. They will force you to take the medium size scoop for double the price and it is slightly bigger than the regular one. Then they will ask you whether you want cone/cup. Irrespective of what you mention, they will charge Rs. 34/scoop for the cone or cup. Then they will add a chocolate fudge in the bill which is nothing but chocolate sauce. Nowhere in the menu is it written that chocolate sauce costs Rs. 30/scoop. They will charge it in the name of chocolate fudge. I had ordered 2 delights and the bill should have been Rs. 275. Due to the add-ons they charged me Rs. 421. And when I asked them why they added so much add-ons they said that they had already asked me and I said yes.When someone orders a sundae it is expected that the cup will be free of cost but well not in this case. I would highly recommend not to go to this fraudulent place. I had high regards of Cream & Fudge, due to the one in Shoppers Stop, Elgin Road. But after this experience in Avani Mall, I would think twice before again entering a Cream & Fudge and I will never go to the one in Avani Mall. They are nothing but frauds.
