Mr Abhishek ( Totu) is very courteous staff of Cove. He gave fabulous and prompt services as per given directions. He even takes good care of hygiene and very polite. We have an anniversary party here.I really recommend his services for any event. Service: 5

Atrocious behavior of Rakesh, maybe the restaurant manager there, the most rude and shrewd person I have ever met in hotel industry. He didn't have the basic courtesy to talk and behave with me. And it definitely didn't seem to be his first time. He doesn't even the audacity to ask for forgiveness for his mistake. His staff looked petrified cz of him. Food is ok-ok. People go there due to lack of buffet in the area. They lost a customer cz of this Rakesh. Service: 1
