I recently had one of the best experiences of my life at a 5-star resort, and I must say it truly deserves every bit of its rating. I usually give 4 stars even to good places, because I feel there’s always some room for improvement. However, this resort has genuinely earned a full 5 stars from me. From the moment you arrive, the hospitality stands out. The staff is extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your stay, which adds a lot to the overall experience. A special highlight for me was the breakfast. I have tried breakfast spreads at many well-known 5-star properties, but this one was on another level. The variety, taste, and quality were exceptional. The live counters are especially impressive and absolutely worth trying. However, do note that breakfast service closes by 10:30 AM, so I’d recommend going by 9:00 AM to enjoy it without feeling rushed. The ambience of the resort is also remarkable—serene, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Whether you're relaxing in your room, walking around the property, or dining, everything feels thoughtfully designed to enhance your comfort and relaxation. The only downside is that it is on the expensive side. But if it fits your budget or you're looking to treat yourself for a special occasion, it is definitely worth visiting at least once. You’re not just paying for a stay—you’re paying for a complete luxury experience.

The property is vast and beautifully maintained - a true oasis on the city’s edge, with interesting architecture and sweeping lawns that give a resort-like feel without having to leave Pune. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything felt clean and well looked after. The pool area is especially lovely; wide open, with plenty of loungers and space to relax. The resort caters well to both couples and families. It’s quiet enough for a relaxing weekend escape but lively enough to keep everyone entertained, with sports facilities, a gym, and even an outdoor games area. If I had to nitpick, the service can feel a little behind current standards, and the check-in process could be smoother. But overall, these were minor details in what was otherwise a great stay.
