Great place with tasty food and drinks! The Coffee Cup Shop has a clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and the tables are always tidy. I’ve visited in person and also ordered online, and both experiences have been good overall. The food is delicious, and the Choco Frappe is one of the best I’ve had—rich and refreshing. I also really liked the Blue Mojito, super refreshing and full of flavor. One time, I ordered the Blue Mojito for home delivery and noticed a dead ant inside. I immediately called the shop and informed them. They took quick action, addressed the issue with the kitchen staff, and sent me a fresh replacement right away. I really appreciated their professional response and commitment to quality. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds makes a big difference—and The Coffee Cup Shop handled it very well.
