Worst experience ever. This is not my first time ordering from the coffee concept, but this was easily the worst. I ordered the Belgium chocolate shake something I have enjoyed many times when dining in and what I received was a completely different drink: an Oreo shake. I called the restaurant to sort it out and was shocked by the response. The person who picked up. (who apparently is also the cook) - I told him that I had this drink a dozen times when dining in, and this is a completely different drink. The person on the call said this is how he made it, and there's nothing he can do now. No apologies. No explanation. No attempt to make it right. if you're spending ₹300+ just for a just drink, you better make it right. If you cannot provide what's in your menu, then this is misleading careless and to be honest, just lazy. Disappointed with the coffee concept. I'm never ordering again.
