The paneer used in the sandwich was like ages old. It was stale, very hard and in grey colour. Such a renowned restaurant with this kind of pathetic customer service. Highly disappointed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf cafe. The service was shockingly poor, with staff seeming disinterested and inattentive. It took an unreasonably long time to place an order, and when the food finally arrived, it was below average in quality and taste. To make matters worse, I attempted to use my Zomato Gold membership to avail a discount, but the cafe outright denied the offer without providing a valid reason. This is a clear violation of the terms and conditions of Zomato Gold, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better from a renowned chain like The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I won't be returning anytime soon, and I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this cafe for their dining experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
