The owner of this bakery is very egoistic. They served non veg puff instead of veg. When I told her she started shouting on me that I ordered the wrong item. I think she's hearing- impaired. She needs lesson on how to talk to customers. I understand mistakes happen but she could've handled the situation patiently.
