Last Friday Night one of my friend is having the farewell and we decided to go to The Coal Shed.
In the start it was looking good but as the clock goes up from 8, they have showcased the worst service of them. No one was there to hear for the order . The guy was like literally ignoring everyone while calling for the orders. If we call someone else and ask to get the order, we are pointed to same guy.
While giving the order of some favorite dishes, the response is always like "Sir, please don't order this. This will take 30-45 mins and asking to order some normal dishes". If I want to order the normal dishes, Why would I come to you. I would prefer the normal budget friendly Reasturant.
For one of the another dish for which he mentioned not to order as it would take 30 mins, I just requested to check and said i can wait. The reply came in 2 mins and that was awesome and the reply was "Sir this is not available".
Now even if we are placing the order as per his choice, half of them is only served and remaining is like losted in the sky. There were cases where I order something but dishes other than that were coming up.
I accept that it was a Friday night and it happens everywhere. But not to this extent. They should be able to manage it.
This was happening with all the customers out there. Everyone was fully irritated, shouting for taking the orders, shouting for the food.
This was the last time for you "The Coal Shed".
