After enjoying ISKCON Temple Bangalore, it may be a nice idea to visit this restaurant. Cooks at The Circus Canteen do their best to provide guests with tasty red chicken curry, rajma and mushrooms. Vegan friendly menu. Tasty and flavourful food!!! Your tummy also feels nice after a meal here because their dishes are fresh and nutritious. I really like the Tuticorin Buddha Bowl and Tofu Stir Fry. I order them almost every time. Before ordering the bowl, confirm that they have avocado available (otherwise they’ll just skip it and serve). There are only a couple of slices in there but the avo brings the bowl together. If avo isn’t in season, ask them to add tofu in its place. The decor is very interesting and unique. On weekends The Circus Canteen is super crowded, but on weekdays it’s a very nice place to hang out at for hours with a book or friends. Be careful: The service team isn’t always clear about what vegan means. The menu also can be confusing with some dishes marked as plant based and others vegan. They don’t seem to be able to explain the difference between the two. So confirm and reconfirm several times that there are no dairy products or honey in your vegetarian dishes. Even if they get annoyed that you’re asking so many times, don’t hesitate to ask your questions and specify with each dish you order and each time it’s served.
