I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is decent, my experience was marred by several issues, particularly with the service and maintenance. Firstly, I had booked my room through Agoda, which included breakfast. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that my package only included the room, not breakfast. I showed my voucher, and after checking with Agoda, he eventually apologized and said that the voucher had been updated, and I was now entitled to breakfast. Once in the room, the issues continued. The fan wasn’t working, the minibar was out of order, and the side table lamp also didn’t function. I contacted the reception about the fan, and they turned it on remotely from outside drom the room. As for the minibar, I was told it would automatically start working after 30 minutes, but after staying in the room for 23 hours, it still hadn’t turned on. Breakfast was another disappointment. The quality was subpar, and I would suggest they improve their offerings, especially considering the extra charge they make for it. A proper buffet would go a long way in enhancing the experience. Additionally, I was charged 1500 INR for an extra person but was provided with nothing more than a mattress on the floor. This doesn’t seem like an acceptable arrangement for the price they charge. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of proper maintenance, unhelpful staff, and poor breakfast quality made my stay less enjoyable. I hope they address these issues in the future. Our stay at Chronicles Hotel in Udaipur with family was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. The staff was very polite and attentive, always ready to help. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. We especially loved the rooftop view and the tasty food. It was a memorable and pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend it for a family stay. Service: 5

We had a great experience at The Chronicles hotel. Amazing ambience, food and service. Highly recommended if you are looking for luxury treatment within budget. Juned had provided us good service.
